"The hotel was fine for our needs. However we were traveling with a dog on a hot day so we were trying to get checked into the hotel, put the dog in the room and get on with the other plans we had. We were not able to get an early check in (understandable) but we couldn't even get check in on time (3pm) because the room was not ready. Staff was kind but did nothing to speed up the process. They did however recommend a great place to go hang out with the dog while waiting (cascade falls) which...
"The only person that was really helpful there was Carla which is a housekeeper there's no one working the front desk basically what it is it's a hub where conductors and engineers for the BNN Railroad Day there's no pool there's no breakfast the lighting is poor there's no one at the reception desk I had to wait 45 minutes I don't recommend this place at all"
