"Excellent service, friendly staff. Very informative and goes out of one’s way to assist. Property provides in lobby coffee maker with all sorts of hot drinks and even flat or sparkling water. Centrally located to everything one needs to see. Very happy with our stay."

"Hôtel très agréable et bien situé. En revanche la chambre où nous étions n’était pas du tout insonorisé et nous avons entendu nos voisins comme s’ils étaient dans la chambre. Le lit est confortable mais il n’y a qu’un coussin par personne qui est très petit, ce n’était pas très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est complet et le staff agréable."

"Our stay in this delightful old building (in the Chambre Quinconces) was wonderful - the location was perfect, in a quiet street despite being so close to the main shopping area and cathedral. The comfortable lounge area and simple but very enjoyable breakfast was a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. For us it was the perfect choice and we would love to return if we visit Bordeaux again."

"This boutique hotel in well placed, a short walk to restaurants, bars and the tram to both the airport and train station. Beautifully presented, the rooms as clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful providing assistance and recommendations regarding great places for food and drink. Our room, 22, was spacious with 2 small balconies overlooking the street and nearby park."

"We had an amazing stay, our room with the terrace was gorgeous, so light and fresh. We really enjoyed use of the hot tub. A great breakfast each morning with fresh and yummy ingredients. Parking a real bonus - very secure and large enough for our van. The location was perfect, very central to all the main sights. Would definitely recommend and stay here again"
