"It was overall of excellent standards however beds not exactly comfortable and pillows were extremely soft (in a bad way) and beds did not seem to be straight as we got the sensation that the head part was collapsing making you feel like you are sleeping upside down. Also, extremely gimmicky to use lifts due to different cards and designated lifts for different areas. Having said that, staff was incredibly polite and professional, they accommodated a very special request to fantastic standards and promptly, hotel was clean as you’d expect and overall a very high standard service (including catering)"

"Very clean. Great light breakfast buffet. Just right for a one night trip before catching a Rhine River Cruise. The docks are a 10 minute taxi ride. Room was very quiet, bed was comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "
