9. Le Coin Rocheux

La Roche-en-Ardenne

"As we were traveling through Europe by car, we booked this stay last minute. The house was excellent and in a great location so we decided to stay another night. The price for the place is excellent. The local food is great, and there is plenty of history to learn. My son even caught trout from the Ourthe, and there is a very nice angling shop in town. We hope to return with more of the family. I highly recommend this booking."

"Séjour familial très agréable dans une belle région. ( 8 personnes, 3 générations). Le pas de la Fagne est une maison ancienne avec beaucoup de charme, spacieuse, chaleureuse, décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée. Les chambres sont confortables et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le poêle à bois, qui nous permettait une agréable flambée pour les soirées un peu fraîches.Très bon contact avec les propriétaires.A savoir : pas de lave-linge et il faut prévoir ses draps. "We spent three nights at this lovely place, and it couldn't have been more beautiful. The house is located in a charming small town. We met our neighbors, who were all extremely friendly. The property includes a large garden where you can enjoy the sun. Our host was very friendly and responded quickly to all our messages. The house is clean and equipped with everything you need for your vacation. I highly recommend spending your next holiday in La-Roche-en-Ardenne!"

Top Hotton Hotel Reviews

Hotel Le Saint Hadelin

10/10 Excellent

"Our stay was perfect in every way. This lovely and comfortable property is located in a charming village. WW II’s Battle of the Bulge sites are nearby."

La Barrière de Transinne

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel is located at a roundabout in the middle of nowhere. The location was mostly beneficial to us, as we wanted to visit different places that were all within a reasonable driving distance. (Luxemburg, Dinant, Rochefort, Bastogne, Namur.) The service was good and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was remarkably good, among the best i can recall in terms of quality, though the selection was somewhat limited. The lady arranging the breakfast was particularly nice. Dinner at the restaurant was also fantastic. The restaurant requires reservations for dinner, but they still accommodated us the first night when we were unprepared. This place almost felt like a hidden gem, particularly at this price, though that is likely due to location. Even so there were a few things that bothered us a bit: the rooms are not well ventilated and the heat in the summer was unpleasant, though we did get a fan to mitigate this. Three out of four mornings we were woken up by noise outside in the mornings (we had the windows wide open). One morning it was the music at the patio 0730, the next it was hedge trimming at 0830, then it was the truck delivering supplies at 0630. All of this by the hotels services, there was also a garbage truck and some road noise (the speed limit outside is 70kph), but that is more or less as expected. Shutting the windows mostly cut off the noise enough to go back to sleep for a while longer."

Alfred Hotel & Gastro Bar

10/10 Excellent

"We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Alfred Hotel! We hope to return in the future! The Hotel room was stunning, and spotless! It had everything we needed. The stuff was so kind and helpful! They recommend beautiful place to visite and an amazing restaurant to eat at! We enjoyed every second of our stay!"
