"Great place to stay next to the water. Very quiet and great place to relax."

"The cabin is adorable, Love all the vintage charm!Pete is great. Answered all questions in a timely manner. The cabin has everything you would need. Appreciate the coffee bar!! I used it every morning!I chose this one because I was able to bring my cat, so thank you!But the best thing is the view and the absolute quiet. I can’t even explain how peaceful and quiet it was! I only saw one neighbor once, friendly but not too much.. The porch is awesome and did get lots of use since it did rain...

"We had an amazing two night stay in one of the cabins and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The property was peaceful, quiet, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. Waking up to the most beautiful sunrises over Houghton Lake each morning was absolutely unforgettable. If you're looking for a relaxing place to enjoy the lake and escape the noise, we highly recommend staying here. We can't wait to come back!"

"It was perfect for what we were looking for!"

"Was not at all what the picture’s looked like, way over priced. Walked in and walked right back out. Would not give back a refund, Not even half, Stay away from here, there are far better places for the money they are asking for a one night stay, with no air and a bathroom that hasn’t been updated since 1990… If they would have worked with me, just gave me my money back sent me on my way,I would not have ever left this review…"

"Clean, minimalist cabin far from the city, exactly what I was after. I didn't get water before it got dark and that was dumb of me, I would suggest finding the water pump during daylight. I would highly recommend and look forward to staying again"
