"When we arrived we saw immediately that the sofabed in the lounge was broken and could not be used to sit or sleep on, this was disappointing as it meant there were not enough beds for us all. We contacted the owner and the next day a chap arrived with an airbed. We requested that the sofa be replaced but that did not happen. " I'm disappointed with our recent hotel experience. We booked a relaxing birthday trip for my wife, but the hotel was crowded with unmanaged children and noisy guests. The pool was unmonitored, and my wife was injured by a ball. The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't manage the crowd effectively. Expected better service from Marriott and plan to raise this issue with them. "
