"I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I asked for an iron 4 times and didn’t receive it. I had to stop a maid in the hallway to get one. I had booked a room with 2 double beds and was given one bed. I had my son with me and they charged me for having him. My room was not cleaned one of the days and my sign was not on the door. I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I will be frequently Kuwait and will not consider this hotel. "

"Oasis hotel was great. Located across from a street market and main road. Easy to call a cab or walk across the street to get food. The hotel was clean, stocked, and everything was functional. Mina at the front desk was very helpful. Actually, all the staff were very helpful. I did not have a car, so did not use parking, but there was a lot in the hotel rear with many spaces.
