This is a place to overnight, very noisy. Small money - small service. But! - it was safety to sleep there and safety to leave a car at the parking. Possible to check in very late. Thank you.

They had no record of our reservation on the auto-check-in machine. No one there to speak to. Place looked super sketchy just from the outside. We never even stayed. Directly booked a place in old town Colmar instead.

Although it was clean, it was so dated and old looking that I was very leery. I checked everything for bedbugs, something I rarely do. The outer safety door had no locking mechanism and the doors do thin I could hear the noise from the next room clearly. The ‘breakfast buffet’ was an extremely loose term for the less than basic offerings.

Value for money

The host of the accommodation is really helpful and very kind. The location is quite far from the city center, and if you don’t have your own car, transportation can be challenging in the evening. (We used Uber.) Additionally, there are many markets around, so you won’t have any problems getting food and other necessities. Our room was very small and didn’t have a refrigerator or air conditioning.

Wish I could rate this lower than one star. Room looked nothing like the pictures, was not anywhere near a picturesque location. Rooms share a common outside door with the adjoining room. Bathroom has shower and toilet in one compartment, sink in another. Walls are paper thin. Beds are uncomfortable. only stay here if you’re exhausted like I was.

Well, it was cheap. And the staff was okay. The hotel itself is rather horrible. Located in an industrial zone, it is smelly, decrepit and feels dirty. I came away itchy. No airco or anything, so I had to open the (barely functioning) window to get any sleep. Avoid if you can.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN OUR WHOLE EUROPE TRIP

IT WAS VERY BAD SITUATION. WE HAD TO LEAVE THE HOTEL BECAUSE THE ROOM WAS DIRTY, HOT, NO VENTILATION, NO FAN, AND STAFF VERY UNHELPFULL. WE ASKED TO FIX EVERYTHING OR GIVE THE MONEY BACK, AND THE EMPLOYEE THAT SAID HE WAS THE MANAGER, SAID ANY OF BOTH OPTIONS WERE NOT POSSIBLE. WE WROTE AN EMAIL TO HOTELS.COM ALREADY WITH ALL DETAILS ASKING FOR A REFUND, BUT NO RESPONSE YET. WE HOPE YOU CAN DO IT SOON.

ArrivĂ©s dans la chambre le neon du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas... On nous l'a donc changĂ©. 10 min aprĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, un gamin qui traĂźnait sur le parking essayait d'ouvrir notre voiture. Les WC et la douche ne font qu'une seule et mĂȘme piĂšce d'1m2. 3 distributeurs de savon au total (2 dans la douche et un vers le lavabo) et tous vides. Traces brunĂątres sur les draps et wc; et brĂ»lures de cigarette au sol sous le lavabo. La tĂ©lĂ©commande n'est pas celle qui va avec notre tv: elle a des piles mais la tv ne rĂ©pond pas et est donc dĂ©branchĂ©e pour rester Ă©teinte . Le miroir au dessus du lavabo n'a pas Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©. Petit dĂ©jeuner correct mais s'il n'y a pas de machine Ă  cafĂ©, juste des brocs de cafĂ© dĂ©jĂ  prĂ©parĂ©s.

Bonjour, j'ai rĂ©servĂ© une chambre avec un lit double pour 2 nuit avec ma femme, surprise en arrivant dans la chambre, le lit double est en faite 2 lits simples accolĂ©s oĂč ils ont mis un grand drap au-dessus pour faire croire que c'est un lit double, le problĂšme c'est que quand on se met au milieu du lit bah le lit se sĂ©pare en deux. Le dimanche matin on a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©veillĂ© par la tonte du gazon par le personnel de l'hĂŽtel.
