"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We were traveling with children and were disturbed by loud, graphic, and inappropriate noises coming from the hallway and the room next door late into the night. It was so excessive that it sounded like an adult movie was being filmed. The situation made our family very uncomfortable and significantly impacted our ability to relax and enjoy our stay. We expect a hotel to provide a family-friendly environment, and this experience fell well short of that expectation. I hope management takes steps to address noise complaints more effectively in the future."

"The property is ok for the price. The room was clean but the pillows were very uncomfortable. The rate quoted through Expedia was for two adults and a teen. Upon check in I had to pay an extra 10 because the “child” was over 12. The continental breakfast was decent and the shuttle driver was very accommodating."

"The new owners have made great progress since our first stay here in March, and it’s clear they are putting a lot of effort into improving the property. One area that could benefit from a little more attention is the cleanliness of the rooms and laundry room. Because many guests are staying here while undergoing cancer treatment, having a clean and sanitary environment is especially important. I mention this simply because I know how much of a difference it can make and because it is such an important part of providing a comfortable stay for everyone."

"The airport transportation was ridiculous. We had to call twice after waiting for 45 minutes at the curb before someone would come pick us up despite the hotel being 2 miles away. The receptionist was very rude and acted like we put her out. The hotel property inside was very unclean and appeared run down. Surprisingly, the room itself was ok and was better maintained, but with that being said, we had a cracked sink and the AC was loud and never stopped running."
