Spacious and elegant home fits 12 people comfortably, or 14 if our air mattress is requested, for overnight accommodations.

The Space:
A 3300 sq foot home on a 10,000 sq foot lot, nestled in the middle of a cul-de-sac. 15 min or less from Baytown, Humble, Summerwood, Clearlake, and Downtown.

Please note : all 4 bedrooms are upstairs.

Guest Access:
Guest has access to entire home. This is our permanent home, but we leave for the duration of your stay to give you privacy.

Interaction with Guests:
We will be available in person to check in and check out. The person who books the reservation must be available to meet for the check-in, unless otherwise agreed upon.

The Neighborhood:
Walmart and a small shopping area are located outside the neighborhood. Easy access to the beltway (Sam Houston Parkway).

Getting Around:
No public transit in this area. Must have a vehicle to get around.

Other Things to Note:
Weekly cleaning services are available for longer stays. Please send inquiry.

Weekend stays are 2 night minimum, or premium additional fee for one nighters. Spring break and holiday weeks require a 3 night minimum.

Disclosure: the house has security video monitors mounted both at the front of the house and backyard. (Only outside monitoring)

My family and I rented this property to take my dad back to his hometown for his 75th birthday. Unfortunately, the night before our stay my son had to go to the ER. Joe worked with us so that my family was still able to stay in my absence. We had a misunderstanding about visitors, completely my fault, but Joe was so nice about it and we were able to come up with a compromise. I am so grateful that my dad had a wonderful experience and that Joe was so understanding. Highly recommend this property!

This is our family second time staying at the property. It works out well for our huge family. The house is always clean and the kids love the in home move theater, pool table, along with backyard playing. We will definitely be returning again.

Lessened learned to find out that the homeowners live in the house. It was a nice house BUT unfortunately, my friend, due to his health, ended up in a wheelchair the weekend we rented the house. Since the home owners lives in the house, the master bedroom and master bathroom was not available for my wheelchair friend. We had to carry him up and down the stairs both nights which was not easy. Some of the beds are hard, the top sheets were not on the beds, the pillows were kinda old and not fluffy anymore, the shower head didn't work very well in one bathroom. Not sure about the other bathroom. The house could use a little fixing up. The bathroom vanity missing a panel, little minor holes in the drywall and the front door security door lock was broke. The theater room and game room was very nice. The patios were nice and relaxing to hang out in the evenings. It's on a culdesac so you don't have to worry about noisy vehicles. It's a nice neighborhood also.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice quiet cul-de-sac. There was plenty of room and the host was very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. Really enjoyed playing pool and it had a great yard. Would definitely recommend!

Probably the best experience we have ever had with an Air B&B. Booking was easy and very pleasant thank you Jessica for always working with us. Hit bad weather on the way there owner was very kind and understanding of us being a little late. Joe was amazing from the walk threw to the day of check out. The house!!! Pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful inside and out. Very accommodating and spacious. Will most definitely be staying here again. 5 out of 5. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

The property is as advertised and is very spacious. We went with three families (6 adults and 2 children total) and had plenty of room to spread out and play games, have conversations, etc. without being on top of each other.. All communication and the check in and out process were very easy and accommodating. It was rainy. so we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit. The house is very close to a suburban shopping area with stores and food.

The house was gorgeous all the way around. It was located close to a majority of stores. Joe was easy to work with, checkin and checkout was smooth! The kids loved the theater room and all the board games that were available to use. The availability of the gas grill and bbq smoker was also a plus! Thank you for allowing our family To stay in your home!

Enjoyed our stay with my kids & grandkids under one roof! Our adult kids have moved away from home. My Son moved to San Antonio my Youngest daughter to Baytown. This is a great way to come together & spend time as a family again. While everyone enjoying their own liking. The home was roomy enough for my 3-month grandbaby to have quiet time in one of 4 bedrooms. We relaxed in the media room with grandkids, while the guys played pool & the girls enjoyed the outdoor balcony while catching up. Felt like we were still close enough to feel the warmth of family. The back yard was very nice & spacious while younger grandkids on swings older grandkids played football & adults enjoyed eating breakfast outside at the same time while keeping an eye on kids. At night we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit reminiscing on old memories & making new ones. I would definitely want to revisit this home.

The house is very-well kept, very comfortable and relaxing, in a quiet neighborhood. It has 2.5 baths and 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have an additional twin bed for additional people. Overall the house has a cozy home feeling. If the house is available next year at this time, we would like to rent it again.

This was the best decision we have ever made..it was so much nicer than staying at a hotel. And the property owner was so awesome . Joe called us a couple of days before our trip and made sure we had a ride from airport to the property and offered to pick us up. His hospitality and his personality won us over as well as his daughter. He really made us feel like family and not just guest. The house was nice from the beds they were comfortable and we really enjoyed the game room and the theater room. Very beautiful home. We will definitely stay there again next time we go to Houston...

We very much enjoyed staying in this home. It is a beautiful space that has been well cared for and as renters we felt well cared for by the owner, Joe. We liked that he was concerned that we have an enjoyable experience in his home. There was so much room in this house for us to unwind and plenty of toys and space for our young grandchildren. The location was perfect with lots of stores close by and the access to the freeway made our trips into the city easy. We would highly recommend this property to others! Thank you Joe!
