My stay was lovely and exceeded my expectations. It looked better than on the pics! I had my own little, chic apartment for the weekend and I loved that! They were responsive when I needed help finding an item in the home. The bed was comfortable! Would definitely come back!

Good location, comfortable beds. As others note, it can be a little loud at night but white noise machines help. The building is old, but with updated finishes. Having a kitchen was a big plus for our 4 days stay. Plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance.

The place is clean and tidy, with modern style furniture. The bed sheet is clean though the bed is a it old and loose. The location is very convenient and the check-in process was smooth.

Fully renovated 1 bed 1 bath with kitchen and washer/dryer. Right in the Montrose LGBT scene.

The unit is as good overall, and the biggest disappointment was the shower. Fix the floor. It created an unsanitary mental state since the water doesn’t drain completely. The place had character, kitchen was fully stocked with the necessities which was nice to be able to cook.

That area was great location for many places downtown. The property was clean and safe and easy places to park. I would give this place a perfect ten except for the sheets and linens not being as clean as I would want. But there is a washer and dryer on the property so i wont hold it against them. I would definitely stay here again if I needed too.

Place itself was great. But the other guest would let the gate just slam closed with no regard to other guests. The neighboring property had dogs that would bark LOUD at 6am. It wasn't disclosed this property is located on gay street/area. The rental itself is nice, area/guest wasn't too good

Are stay was great everything was close by. Are accommodations were great for five people . Neighborhood was safe, the apartment has a courtyard with gate to access rooms .. A few things need to change calling fan control. While at night 2:00 in the morning .. lights are off ..if someone in another apartment turns on the celling fan light it also turns on the light in set apartment .. where we were staying.. Parking if you get there late for a late check in on a Friday thru Sunday you will not find close parking. Parking lot provided is too small …

It was fine—not the worst, not the best. 3 out of 5 stars. Property condition was decent, as was the room condition. Far from sound proof...you can hear everything in the courtyard, out on the street, or in the units above. Standard Ikea-type cheap furniture which is adequate but far from remarkable. If you're not going to spend any time in your room other than sleeping, this place works.

Great location, very convenient, a lot of kitchen utensils for cooking for the family, comfortable bed and coach. The sheets and duvet were all clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels. They offer the password to come into the building and room. All-access door are automatic with passwords and not keys which is awesome. The only downside is the cleanliness. Under the bed was very dirty with dust and the floor was stikky.
