The Space:

Step into our comfortable 4 bedroom/2 bath ranch-style oasis located in a quiet family neighborhood in Friendswood, TX!



The home has an open flow floor plan, where the main hubs of the house, kitchen & living room, connect to the patio & backyard oasis, making this a great home for quality fun time with loved ones. The bedrooms are in the back part of the home, allowing for relaxation & privacy.



The fenced backyard has a large covered patio, with a refreshing pool & soothing hot tub you can use, rain or shine! Enjoy the outside fridge, sink, & grill for your favorite family BBQ's. Whether you’re traveling with kids that need room to play, or simply enjoying some R&R, our backyard oasis is sure to delight.



Our home is essentially located to numerous restaurants and grocery stores for anything you might need during your stay. DoorDash can drop off at the house, ensuring a stress-free and enjoyable visit.



Come enjoy our newly remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bath charming home, the perfect destination for those craving comfort, relaxation, and a feel of home.



Guest Access:

Welcome to our home! For guest access - please enter through the front door, which is equipped with a keypad lock. The keypad is ON the front door, LOCATED ON THE DOOR HANDLE. The code to unlock the door is 4390, plus the check mark. Make sure to enter the check or else the door won't open :)



Feel free to park in the driveway during your stay, and enter and exit through the garage as needed. There is a garage door opener, located on the front entry table. Feel free to use it, but please don't lose it. There will be a $100 replacement fee.



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy our quiet and safe family neighborhood. Everyone is friendly and will give you a wave going down the road. Our centrally located home offers easy access to shopping, restaurants, and local tourist attractions - making it the perfect home base for your stay.



Getting Around:

We do recommend all guests to have their own transportation & even have an EV charger available for use inside the garage.

There's numerous restaurants, coffee shops, & shopping venues in the area, making it the perfect spot for families and friends looking to explore popular tourist destinations.
