I want recognize a staff member that extremely friendly and great interactions with some of the guests, myself especially. His name is Terry and I want to him to be recognized for his generosity, kindness, being respectful, extremely kind and is more than willing to interact with the guests."

"needs some updating. business center not functional. carpet in my room needs replacing (I have a pet with me, so that may be a reason for its condition). Getting in and out of the property is a challenge (there is only one way available)."

"Most of the room was clean but the floor was filthy. Our feet and socks were pretty much black walking in the room. The toilet was not secured to the floor either. The room could use another light as it is pretty dark at night. The lady at the desk at check in was very friendly. "
