Great time, was missing an iron but was able to get one dropped off easily by reaching out to Chris. There weren’t actually toiletries and no extra linen, but we managed okay. Very close location to the conference center, easy walk. Clean, spacious space.

Our experience was great. Easy check in, everything was wonderful. Host sent us a message a couple times to make sure we were okay. Spacious, great location especially if you have a car. Lots of bathrooms! Good layout. Only downside was no shampoo but we ran to the drugstore which was basically nextdoor to restock.

This turned out to be a great visit during our show at the Houston Convention Center. Easy walk to the show. Great restaurants within walking distance as well. We would use this property, again, if we had to return to the Houston downtown area

We were glad to be in walking distance to downtown. Beds were comfortable. Had to buy coffee and sugar but hopefully left enough for next few guests

Mainly the property is listed as sleeping 8. It only sleeps 6. One room is listed as having two beds. There is only one bed. So we had to have a traveler sleep on the couch. Second there are no door knobs on any of the exterior doors. Trying to open the door the get out is tricky. In the event of an emergency this could be a huge safety concern. Lastly there is something wrong the heating system. With the one thermostat set at 70 degrees it was about 85 in the loft, even with keeping windows to get relief and about 50 degrees in the basement.

The property was very convenient to the George Benton Convention Center. Property felt save and secure. Prepare for steps to get into the property and once inside. Enjoyed how spacious it was.

Property was lovely, some concern over locks having issues. Property manager was very attentive to help us feel secure. Great location to where we needed to go. Lots of restaurants near. The one bedroom had a door into the garage which was unexpected but not an issue.

The management staff was amazing and responded to messages very fast. We had to call a few x due to ac not cooling fast enough, garage door stopped working and extra linens. They responded and fixed it immediately. It was a great location to the convention center and walking distance to bars and restaurants. 1 of the downstairs showers was hard to operate but the convenience was worth it.

Overall, our stay was decent. Very large townhome. We had a really big issue right away, as there were 4 of us (property management was aware) and there were 4 beds per listing photos. There was only one bed in the loft and photos and description showed 2. While it would’ve been nice to have had this communicated beforehand, property management did make a good attempt to remedy the situation, which we accepted.Some other things to be aware of: weather was chilly and the heat distribution throughout the house was ROUGH. Upstairs loft and bath was a literal sauna and the beds and baths in the bottom level were very cold. We even closed vents in the loft, but nothing helped. One of the bedrooms downstairs has no windows and has the only door in the house without a deadbolt on it leading directly into the garage. This kind of creeped us out. There are also no doorknobs on the door into the garage or the front door with deadbolts where the doorknobs should be. Both are hard to open and close. There are tons of codes to remember for doors, gate, and garage.Home is also on a super busy street with loud 24/7 traffic.We walked to some nearby bars and restaurants and felt pretty safe overall. There’s a great amount of fun things to do within a close proximity, too.Chris, the property manager, was helpful and responsive. As stated previously, the situation regarding the missing bed was addressed and we came to a satisfactory agreement.

Overall, this property served it's purpose which was a visit to see our daughter who attends University of Houston. Some suggestions would be: Have another piece of furniture in the bedrooms so there is a place to set luggage so it isn't on the floor as there isn't a dresser either. We also would suggest having chairs and a small table for the balcony as the view is great but there isn't a place to sit and enjoy it unless you bring out chairs from inside. Finally, it would be really helpful to have some suggested restaurants in the area that you can safely walk to as we are from out of state and would have no idea if the area is safe. I had emailed to ask but did not hear back about that. Thank you for the opportunity to share our feedback!

There were six of us staying. Ages ranging from 3 years to 62 years. There to see an event at Minute Maid Park. Great property. Plenty of room so you never felt crowded in. Every room had its own ensuite and separate television with another toilet just off the main living area. Had the big screen and projector so kids were taken care of. Short walk into the city although you generally needed uber to get groceries, although I understand you could have them delivered. Construction site across the road but as it was a weekend it was not an issue for us. We requested late checkout and the response was prompt and favourable. If sports bars are your thing, there are plenty within a short stroll. Thoroughly recommend this property.

We rented the property during a weekend with several college football bowl games, and planned to watch with family and friends. There was no access to ESPN! Went back and forth w/ Property Manager and just in time, he made sure we had access to the games. Great kitchen and property for gathering. Awesome mattresses too! Note: loud construction across the street, but once it’s done a fab new grocery store will be there.

Did not have control over thermostat, hot and humid in the house and it was miserable trying to sleep. Had to ask several times to have the Nest thermostat adjusted. It was adjusted once and then reverted back to previous settings. Owner would not allow us to have the passcode to adjust it ourselves. We also rented the house because of the large projector so we could stay in and watch football, sound did not work. Manager said it was going to get fixed but nothing ever happened. House is nice and in good location, would not rent again just because of how it was managed.

We went to Houston to visit our daughter for the holidays and this place exceeded our expectations! We hosted folks for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was perfect for meal prep and gathering. The large screen and projector were perfect for sports and movies! You can easily walk to any of the sporting venues and tons of bars and restaurants! We plan to use again

Everything was just as described and pictured, amazing place, close to the Convention Center and restaurants. Reyaz was very responsive. If staying in Houston again, I will check for this place first.

From the moment we walked in through the entire stay the place was great. It was close to everything we wanted to do within walking distance in some cases. I would recommend it to anyone that I know that's coming to the Houston area.
