This was an excellent hotel. Amenities and the experience provided were upscale and sophisticated. I was traveling with my colleague and we enjoyed the location, the flexible hub off the lobby where we could convene and work on our laptops together, and the convenience of the sundries market as well. Truly felt like a guest at this hotel, which is not a universal experience at hotels anymore! The restaurant on the street level was great for breakfast. Nightclub on the roof was a vibe. Not our vibe really but cool atmosphere and view when it wasn’t as crowded. 10/10 would stay again.

Came to Houston for my birthday and Christina at the front desk was very kind and upgraded me and my husband to a premium king suite.We had a nice little view of downtown and the sun beam perfectly in our room. The were a few stains on the carpet and the outlets near the bed needed cleaning but other than that, it was a nice spacious room. Nice location downtown as well. We also love the free wine at the front desk and little hors d’oeuvres the chef brought up to check in area. We will stay here again!

It was my son’s 9th birthday and it was a last minute booking because we cancelled a previously planned trip due to weather. I called ahead to ask for just a note in the room greeting my son a happy birthday. Darla, the young lady who helped me over the phone, was the kindest and most enthusiastic person I spoke with who was so excited for me and my children’s arrival. She had cake, chocolate covered strawberries, my sons’ favorite snacks all set up in the room. We got to the room and both my children were absolutely thrilled to have been met with such a pleasant and personalized surprise. Thank you so much, Darla. You made our experience so special.

Great location for House of Blues concert, really modern and beautiful hotel with a fantastic restaurant downstairs and their breakfast was exceptional! Be sure to add the breakfast option on while booking. It was just $25 for us both and it was fantastic!!
