Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

After I did not hear anything back from the host, I called and was told this property should’ve been taken off the the website and we would not be able to stay. We had to scramble for last minute accommodations and never heard anything back from the host about this and we’re not issued a refund. Please see this to be handled
