It Pains Me To Write This
Pros: The host was quick to respond to my questions and was gracious enough to allow for an early check-in. Distance to downtown Houston was also great.
Cons (mainly #5): 1) The check-in/check-out instructions were not clear and incorrect as they pertained to an old keypad that was previously replaced, 2) the interior walls were filthy with lots of scuff marks throughout the property, 3) we killed 2 spiders, mosquitos and flies upon entry, 4) listing says it sleeps 8 but only had 5 towels, we were a party of 6 so 1 needed to be recycled, 5) our BIGGEST disappointment were the beds. It was the worst sleep I've ever experienced and it's no exaggeration (I can include pictures). Beds were ONLY memory foam pads placed on top of a metal frame with NO box spring for support, I nearly fell off the bed twice and got stuck once as I caved into the corner of the frame. I don't understand how this is listed as a luxery property when the most important detail are the beds. Again the host was great in communicating but regretfully we were very disappointed.
