Wonderful Stay at Luxury Suite at Kirby

This condo was wonderful. The pictures and description are very accurate, but we found more characteristics that makes this rental exceptional. It is very clean, light and cheerful, beautiful views, very quiet, comfortable beds, great internet, 3 easy to use roku smart televisions in bedrooms/main room and very nice complex. The owner's instructions were easy to follow and he responded to the one inquiry we had very quickly. We are hoping to stay here many more times in the future!

Horrible experience. AC was out all weekend.

The location and property were nice, but unfortunately, there was no air conditioning the entire weekend. To make matters worse, the property owner was on a cruise and difficult to reach. The first night was so unbearably hot that I had to sleep in my truck. For the remainder of the stay, we found alternate accommodations and only returned briefly to pick up clothes.The owner refused to take responsibility and instead blamed the building manager. In total, our family spent just about six hours at the property during our four-day, three-night stay—mostly waiting for someone to repair the AC. I even bought a fan while waiting for someone to repair the AC.Adding to the frustration, the washing machine was broken, so we couldn't wash the towels we used on Friday in an effort to stay cool. I informed the owner that I’d be requesting a refund, and he seemed to understand at the time. However, when contacted by VRBO, he declined the refund and falsely claimed we stayed the entire weekend, despite my explaining otherwise.This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Great convent location.

We stayed here for three night to attend the Forth Worth Rodeo. It is within walking distance. Safe place for family.

We were very happy with the location of the property short walk to the NRG Center, shopping, and restaurants. Cleanliness of the property was satisfactory. All amenities that were needed were available. Comfortable beds.

Great place

This is a great place to stay when you are needing a great location for anything happening at the NRG facility. This place was clean and comfortable and checking in and finding the room was a breeze with the great directions that the host provided. I will book this place again when I come back to Houston.

Houston Rodeo

Walking distance to Rodeo, groceries and food places. Apartment needs a good cleaning. Dust on fan blades, above doors and on fan vents. Only two skillets for cooking. No dish towels. Really windy when we stayed and the windows let in air and howled.

Sightseeing in Houston

Complex is beautiful--only improvement I would offer is that checkin information was sent the day we were driving. I would have preferred to receive it the day before, so I could print everything. Checkin involved text and emails and internet links--would have been nice to have it in one location.
