Newly refurnished 3 story town home with all the amenities you require for a short or long term stay. Internet and weekly cleaning is included. The home sits by Memorial Park. The park itself offers miles of walking and biking trails, a pool, PGA grade golf course and driving range, playgrounds, picnic area, bike rentals and plenty of open space for other outdoor activities. The central location in the city allows for quick access to the Medical Center, Downtown, Galleria shopping area, Art, Museum and Theatre Districts including, ballet, opera, concert venues and a multitude of restaurants and nightlife.

Houston is a wonderfully diverse city with many sites and attractions and a short drive will take you the Johnson Space Center, Kemah Boardwalk and Galveston Beach.

The home has been newly furnished and is ideal for those looking for a long term stay for work or medical reasons.
