Weekend in Houston

The property was clean and looked exactly like it was pictured on the app. The owner, Mr. Boyd, was easy to contact and if we had any issues, which were few, he addressed immediately. I would definitely stay there again.

Me and my girlfriend visited for a weekend and the owner was quick to respond to any questions. The place was clean. Never heard anyone through the walls at the place. Overall great stay

Perfect for a weekend getaway for couples.

Or stay was amazing from the time that we checked in to the time we checked out. I requested an early check-in with the honor and he approved an early check in with In-N-Out. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Everything inside the VRBO was set up for a great weekend getaway. Can’t stand a good things about this host. Would stay there again at any time. Highly recommend.

We had a great time

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We were close to our events and felt at home in the unit. Checking in and parking was so simple. The host was sure to keep us informed when there was an issue with the A/C. Fortunately, the issue was resolved before we made it back from our activities. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to book a cozy place away from home.

The room felt like a tiny home; amenities were provided (great selection of toiletries). The room was spacious, amazing shower. Super cool lighting. Conveniently located near downtown Houston. Meow Wolf is right down the street, there is food and fun at the Putt shack, followed by a movie at the AMC.

clean & convenient

my sister and I enjoyed our stay at this property. it was very comfortable, homey but modern, close to a lot of restaurants, markets, concerts, and the airport. definitely need a car in this part of town but we found parking easily every night. btw the check in info gets sent via email from a personal email. lowkey ignored the email initially because it looked like a scammy one but the owner was quick to respond when we arrived and was very helpful.

Perfect Stay for Solo Travelers

I recently stayed in this room and it was a fantastic choice for a solo traveler. The small desk area with a lamp was extremely useful for my work, especially since I had two laptops. I loved having the little balcony to relax and get some fresh air. The room had everything I needed, including a comfortable sleep number bed. It's a great option for those wanting to be near the city with easy access to the highway. Keep in mind it's a shared room, but the noise from upstairs was not a problem. The host was amazing and accommodated my booking changes quickly and without any issues. Highly recommended!

Worth It

The bad: -The room is across the way from a very active railway, we were only there at night but I personally heard the train every 2 hours or so. -Parking isn't the best but there are 9 spots available for the whole complex, we got lucky there was one available everytime we came and went. -Locking the door takes a lil learning but not impossible The good: -Blake is very nice, super responsive, and is clear with his instructions and communication. -Location is super close to EADO, downtown and major highways. -inside is nice and clean, sleep number bed, soft sheets, big towels, nice shower. Overall, it's a great place to stay by yourself or with a spouse, any more than 2 people would feel cramped as it is just a bed, small desk, kitchenette, and bathroom. We didn't spend much time there as we were out and about so it was a good home base. If you're looking for a reasonable place to stay close to where everything is, this is your spot.
