It was the worst experience in my life in a hotel rats roaches disgusting I should be refunded for my stay there I walked into the hotel room sat down on the bed roach at the roach rat I didn't even stay there one night I booked it for five nights walked out maybe 10 minutes later from that place no I don't recommend this place to anyone and that place should be closed down

The room was freezing, they are made in a repurposed parking garage. The building isn’t even closed off from the elements. There were roaches in the room and the room temperature was 61 when I got in no carpet on the floor just anti slip spray over the concrete. The water in the shower smelled like rotten eggs. Parking was very limited.

The floors have no carpet or tile, you see the pipes in the ceilings, there was no remote, a dirty towel & smoke detector were under the cabinet. The area is bad as well even though its the Galleria. The manager offered a refund through this site.

I came there at mighty night with 2 kids in the car and I drove 4 hours to get there . But no one at the front desk. I try to call special customer service they transfer to the front desk couple times but still no one answered. End up I have to book another hotel after driving around with my tired 2 kids .
