*Convenient Location: 5min to grocery store, restaurants, and water park, 15min to The Woodlands Town Center and I-45. 30min to Bush Intl. Airport., Skyzone Trampoline Park <10 min away
* Lone Star College less than 15 min away, great for business travelers
* Plentiful trails and green space
* Private Rooms and Bath: Three bedrooms (king + full + single bed), a private double-sink bathroom and walk-in closets.
Guest access: access to rooms will be based on the number of guests staying.
Interaction with guests: we are very hands off but we will provide a guide you can use to visit fun places in the area!
Other things to note: guests will be provided starter items which should allow you to maintain for 3 - 5 days, you are expected to replenish your own toilet paper, and wash the towel sets that are provided to you. Housekeeping does not return until after you check-out.
Pricing: for groups over four people, each additional guest is an additional $25/night (this only applies to reservations under 7 days).

Very clean home in a quiet neighborhood
The home was spacious and lovely. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have made it 5 stars is if the were more basics stocked such as paper towels and toilet paper. We ran out of TP in the master bath, but used the tissue paper that was available. The home was very close to everything that we needed - parks, stores, restaurants, etc.

Perfect location in the woodlands
We had such a wonderful stay at this property. It is steps away from parks and recreational activities that the neighborhood has to offer. The townhouse is clean and well kept up with all the amenities you could need! Highly recommend.

Just what we hoped for
The home is lovely, the birds singing as we sipped coffee on the patio was so pleasant, we enjoyed our stay very much.

A great find!
