  • Secret oasis in the heart of Montrose. Leave the hustle of nearby shopping, bars, restaurants and enter your courtyard complete with dining area, firepit table, gazebo and grill. Walk up the antique spiral staircase to your cozy retreat and your spacious suite. Climb the ladder and go through the secret door in the bookcase to your 4th story lookout tower.

    Note: property is only accessible via the spiral staircase in the pictures. Guests must be able to physically climb narrow, winding stairs.

    Property includes a ladder in the 3rd story Master Suite which leads through a secret door in the bookcase to a 4th story lookout tower. Please take special care when climbing.

    There are also 3 private balconies on the 3rd floor. For this reason, it's not advisable to leave children unattended.
