The home was just as described. The home was clean and very family friendly. The host was very attentive when we contacted him. We brought our children and grandchildren, 9 of us total! Everyone had a bedroom with their respective family unit. We enjoyed the pool, all the grands especially! When they weren't in the pool they were inside playing pool, arcade games, and board games. We had a great time and look forward to renting this home again in the future!

It was Perfect for our family and friends, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and spacious. The pool was nice—jets, but not a hot jacuzzi. No internal pool light switch found. The host manager was prompt in responding and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say is that the Master bedroom Bathroom shower, and tub are hard to access. I suggest a remodel so that you can step into the shower without becoming a fall risk. Not good for an older adult. We literally had to climb in. Other than that, a beautiful home and quite neighborhood.

The pool was dirty but management had it cleaned within 5 hours of checking in. The lounge chairs by the pool did not have any cushions so you will be sitting on boards and no pool towels. If you have kids, please take pool toys for them. We had to come in and out each time through the back door and walk around which was aggravating after a few times. The air upstairs kept locking air on 79 which was very hot. The master tub is a 2 ft step up with no steps or handle to get into it. It gets super slippery when wet and you will fall down. The house was in a great spot and very clean.

Spring Breeze is a beautiful home, just as advertised, and well worth the price. It made for a comfortable place to relax as a family during our visit to Houston. The owner was generally responsive to communications and friendly, but I did ding them a bit for not proactively providing check-in instructions on the day of arrival. I left two VRBO messages and had to call their business phone number at 10:08 PM to get the entry instructions, which when finally received were quite thorough and easy to use. Had those been sent at check-in time, they would have easily earned 5 stars. Overall: top notch rating for the house, average rating for communication and check-in. Definitely recommend - as long as you keep their phone number handy!

We had a family get together and had 6 children of all different ages so the pool was wonderful along with the game room - The Ms Pac Man video game was a big hit! The hosts had wonderful communication with us and there was plenty of room for the 10 people that we had staying there with 1 Master bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Everything was clean and well supplied and we enjoyed the large dining room table both for eating and playing games. We highly recommend this place!
