Welcome to my beautiful three story townhome in the coveted Museum District/Medical Center of Houston. With three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a private garage for two cars, it is perfect for families or small groups of business travelers, sports enthusiasts, or those visiting NRG Park and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, Rice University or the Texas Medical Center. Inside, you will enjoy a refreshed interior, with a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV in the living room, dining for six at the table and four at the bar. New, comfortable furnishings on Brazilian hardwood floors and leafy views of the neighborhood.

The location is amazing, as it is within walking distance to Hermann Park, the Houston Zoo, the Children's Museum, and a short hop to all of the attractions of the area. NRG Stadium, home of the Houston Texans, is 3.3 miles South, and is accessible by car or light rail. Please explore this listing and reserve today. Midtown and downtown (Minute Maid Park and the George R. Brown Convention Center) are about three miles north of the house.

The house has a full kitchen, living area and half bath on the second floor. The first floor has a two car garage, a large bedroom with two queen beds and a full bath. On the third floor there are the master bedroom with full bath and a king bed, and a second bedroom with full bath and queen bed.

I have furnished the home to be both stylish and comfortable. The kitchen has dinnerware, cooking utensils, coffee service, and serving pieces for your use, with a microwave, oven, gas cook top, dishwasher and refrigerator.

Houston Museum area stay

This is a lovely townhome in a quiet neighborhood in a great location, easy access to anywhere inside Loop 610 and walking distance to the best museums and to a light rail station. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location if you need to be at MDA. Home was comfortable and quiet. Great neighborhood. Only a few blocks from the Houston Zoo and the Natural History Museum.

Great stay in Houston

Wonderful stay at a beautiful house. Very well taken care of property Nice comforts and extras. Beds and blankets were cozy and comfy. Furniture was nice and well kept. Kitchen amenities were wonderful. Especially liked water bottles in fridge and coffee for the next morning. Would definitely stay here again!! We felt very safe and a nice quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a work trip

Great Time in Museum District

The pictures don’t do this place justice - it’s gorgeous. Very spacious rooms with comfortable bedding, luxurious bathrooms, and high quality cookware/ glasses/ dishes in the kitchen. All communication with management was fast and friendly. There are many restaurants within walking distance. We would gladly stay here again.

Perfect Museum District Stay!

This is a perfect location for a family trip to Houston. It’s only a short drive (you could even walk) to Hermann Park, the Natural Science Museum, the Zoo and all the Museum District has to offer. It’s a short drive into downtown for the aquarium and other sites. The townhouse was clean and so beautiful! Spacious open floor plan on the main level and 3 sizeable bedrooms for the whole family to retire to after a full day of sightseeing. Highly recommended this place!

Great location for families

The house was clean and awesome. It was surprisingly kid friendly with a step stool there. We brought our own pack n play but it looked like they had a pack n play and high chair there too. We loved that we could walk to the children’s museum. Our son got excited to see it each time we drove by it. If we ever find ourselves in Houston again we would definitely reach out to see if this rental is available again.

Amazing experience

The property was beautiful. The pictures do not capture the amazing home! Honestly this property was more than I could’ve asked for. Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and the hosts were so accommodating and even brought me a fan when I couldn’t find the ceiling fan remote. 10/10 I will definitely be coming back.
