"This motel is a gem in plain sight. The property, while a bit old-fashioned, is in immaculate shape and clean as could be. Sitting to breakfast (their selection is terrific) felt quite a bit like my grandmother’s house. I did not use the indoor pool, but their pool area was as inviting an indoor pool as I have ever seen. While Sedalia is unlikely to be a frequent stop, I would be delighted for a chance to stay here again. Worth mentioning, they have good coffee and make it strong."

"I would give this property 10 Stars if I could! Not only were the rooms spotless but the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Our room had a Keurig coffee maker as well as a mini fridge. There was a full size hair dryer in the bathroom, not the cheap miniature ones that most hotels have. There wasn't much to choose from by the way of TV channels but if you're not planning on watching a bunch of TV then it's not a big deal. The breakfast was amazing- eggs, sausage, waffles, sausage gravy, fried potatoes, and assortment of hot and cold cereal and they even offered dairy-free milk which was a plus for me. They had coffee available 24 hours and a popcorn machine in the lobby. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. There is an indoor pool which we didn't use. Just a heads up it's not heated. I thought this property had a hot tub according to the Expedia filter but they do not. The parking was wonderful. If you are looking for a room in Warrensburg this is your best choice!"

"Fantastic historic hotel. Very comfortable beds. Rooms were quiet. We stayed on third floor and had no issues (IYKYK 😀). Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Restaurants are within a block and one is in the hotel. Breakfast was standard breakfast bar but was very good. Definitely will be returning."

"Chk in was pleasant. As a retired corp. pilot and Marriott customer, counter agents were pleasant and helpful. They took my good natured ribbing about cookies not out ALL the time :-). Room was typical Fairfield and everything worked and functioned as directed. Breakfast was good but besides the eggs, the biscuits and gravy were not good for me so breakfast options became limited. Bacon or sausage would have been better."

"Currently going through remodel and owner transfer so property is under construction making amenities limited and unable to rate maintenance or cleanliness though no trash in parking lots or overflowing bins. Cigarettes kept in ashtrays and from doorways. Staff is very attentive and maintain clean well maintained rooms. Requests and guest needs are taken care of in timely manner."
