"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel right in the heart of Brugge. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the clean, modern design and the warm welcome from the staff. The location is absolutely ideal—situated in the city centre, it’s perfect for exploring the sights, yet the rooms remain peaceful and quiet despite the bustle outside. One of the standout features was the secure on-site parking, which made arriving by car stress-free. The room itself was large and spacious, with thoughtful amenities including a flat-screen TV, coffee maker, and hair dryer. The en suite bathroom was equally impressive—well-equipped and spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the fantastic breakfast. There was an excellent range of choices available, catering to all tastes, and everything was fresh and well-presented. The downstairs bar was also a great touch, offering a wide selection of drinks at very reasonable prices—especially considering the hotel’s central location. There were just a couple of minor drawbacks during our stay. While the hotel advertises a gym, it’s not available for use until 8:30am, which might be inconvenient for early risers looking to work out before starting their day. Additionally, the mattress in our room felt a little saggy and could probably do with being replaced soon for improved comfort. "Although a bit of a walk from the train station, it was just close enough to the In Flanders Fields museum and the main square without being too close. Very quiet. Staff was very accommodating in extending our stay and changing our room type so we wouldn't have to change rooms. The room was very nice and very clean."

"We had the family room, it was great because the 2 single beds were in a room that had its own door, while being within our room itself. This is great when you have young children who go to bed much earlier than the adults."

"We stayed here for three nights during our weekend trip to Bruges. Overall, I’m glad we chose this hotel, though there were some drawbacks. The hotel feels a bit outdated—not quite as modern as the photos suggest. While our room was clean, the bathroom showed signs of wear, including mold in some corners, and could use renovation. Since we were traveling with two young children, we specifically booked this hotel for its playground facilities. There’s a small **indoor play area** and an outdoor playground, but both are quite dated. The outdoor space includes a slide, two swings, a trampoline, and a couple of small play structures—enough to keep kids entertained but in need of upkeep. My biggest frustration was the parking fee: €8 per day, charged per calendar day (not 24 hours). Since we arrived at 4 PM and left the next day at 11 AM, we were charged €16 for less than a full day, which felt unreasonable. That said, the staff were exceptional—friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. Even when our kids were loud or messy, the team remained patient and welcoming. Their hospitality made our stay enjoyable despite the hotel’s shortcomings. "

The cab ride from the train station was a cheat, although nh is very close to the station which is why I choose it, the pavement is so rough that I was worried about the wheels on my fairly heavy suitcase. Friends just stick to Uber.. And for some reason Googles maps is ineffective in Brugge, but effective in Amsterdam"
