"We had a lovely stay in this beautiful holiday home, quietly situated with a stunning view over the meadows, but still very close to the cosy villages by the sea. There were plenty opportunities for our kids as well. We’ve really enjoyed ourselves, one week was not enough!"

Very nice apartment style room high above Kungshamn, with fantastic sweeping views. Also a large deck with seating areas and a jacuzzi. Breakfast was off property at a nearby restaurant and was also very good. Plenty of parking next to hotel. Easy walking to everything. Comfy beds and extra room with bunk beds for kids, which we didn’t need. Full kitchen. Only negative was that the A/C didn’t seem to work, so we opened a window instead. Highly recommended.

We had an awesome stay at Strandflickornas. For travelers visiting soon, the hotel is under renovation so the dining and convenience is a little tricky. Breakfast was down the road a 5 min walk and dinner was a 3 min walk down the hill in different properties. Dining menu is quite limited to 3 things. We picked this property randomly as a stopover on a long road trip and were only looking for a clean bed. Instead we got a lovely setting, kind and hospitable hosts, and an excellent dinner. We highly recommend if you enjoy family run inns with charm and hospitality. We weren’t traveling with children, but this would be a great place to stay with a family.
