Hotel Indigo Brussels - City by IHG

"Hotel Indigo made for an overall fabulous stay in Brussels! The interior design nature vibe was elegant but comfortable. The lobby and hallways were filled with myriad plants of various varieties, plush chairs and cushions of rich color and texture. They even had a tourist guide to Gent for visitors to use, among many other interesting books in every corner. The suite room was roomy,immaculate and well designed in terms of furniture placement. The only downside was the switches for the lights (which were plentiful) were confusing and oddly placed at best. However, the staff were extremely helpful and congenial (overall). They were accommodating of our requests for the room and answered our questions about getting around, (trains, directions, restaurants, etc.) and listened attentively when I wanted to share my days adventurous outings. They even shared a lot about the important landmarks in Brussels and surrounding towns. The location was perfect as it is very near (a few blocks from) the train station (North). The restaurant too is a 5 star. Book Hotel Indigo, you'll be so glad you did!"

"Breakfast is worth the money. Room is considerably spacious and clean. Pillow and bed are comfortable. Location is good too. Only issue is there are hundreds of rooms and it can get extremely crowded during breakfast hours and usage of lift."

"Highly recommend. Nice big bedroom with a very nice shower. Staff were helpful as we had an issue using the self checkout, so thankfully there was a 24hr desk. Right next to a tram stop, and plenty of shops."

"The staff was very friendly and attentive with all day service. Rooms were clean and spacious. Safe area, a bit of distance from the busier city center. Rooftop bar was chic and not super expensive. The breakfast was great but service could sometimes be slow. Overall a great stay for me and my adult siblings."

"Fantastically beautiful Moroccan decorations in common areas. Room 113 needs longer curtains to block out a streetlight. Will ask for room not on noisy street next time, but am sure there will be a next time. Room not luxurious, but fairly priced. Great location too."
