"Surprised by the quality of the room and had a comfortable night's sleep. Air con was working well, TV was good, bathroom with a bath was bright and modern. Food and drinks are on the expensive side. Staff did a good job of welcoming us. Be warned, it does say on the listing, rooms on the 1st floor do not have lift access, so if you struggle with stairs worth making a deliberate accessibility request. We made this booking at the last minute, room was ready and in grand condition, with beds and sofabed made up fresh in no time at all."

"Got there late evening, parked outside. Friendly receptionist. Room was what you would expect for that price but it was clean and bed was comfortable enough although dated. The room was very clean and all furniture in good condition. Great to have a large car park on site. Could have done with a bit more choice for a continental breakfast & maybe some rustic bread choices, rather than a sliced loaf. What food we did have was of good quality."
