Apple Valley Guest Passes: Available to our guests for $50 flat fee per stay. The pass gives our guests use of the Apple Valley Pools, the Bennett Pond, three Beaches and Parks.
We are the perfect place to enjoy nature. With 31 cabins, we are ideal for Golf Outings, Weddings, Family Reunions, Family Adventure Weekend, or just getting away from home for a weekend.
Each cabin sleeps up to Six Guests. Three bedrooms with: King Size Bed, King Size Bed, and Two Twin Extra Long Beds.
Each cabin has;
* Three bedrooms,
* Two full bathrooms,
* A fully equipped kitchen,
* Living room with 50" large screen flat panel smart TV,
* 300mb, high speed WiFi Internet
* Private deck.
- Pets are allowed if crated. $35 per night, per pet. Maximum two pets per unit. Pets are NOT allowed on Couches, Chairs or Beds.
- Absolutely NO Smoking of anything inside the units. Smoking outside is fine, please leave butts in outside grills.
We are next to the very popular and well reviewed, Apple Valley Golf Course.
Apple Valley Golf Course has a great restaurant, open for Breakfast and Lunch during season.
The Apple Valley Golf Course Clubhouse also has a 100 person Meeting Room/ Party Center, that makes this a great place for Weddings, Company Parties, Family Reunions, or Business Retreats. Call them directly for more information. Guests can walk back and forth from our property! Perfect for on site wedding groups and golfers.

Cozy cabin
We attended an event at Kenyon college and stayed at the cabin for 1 night. It is definitely “cabin” accommodations but it was nice to have a 3 bedroom place at a nice price point. We did not spend much time there but it met our needs!

VERY CLEAN. Comfortable. Great bedding and comfy couches. Access to so many amenties is the plus! Perfe t if you want proximity to the Apple Valley Golf Course but you really can appreciate so so much around like basketball courts, pickleball courts, hiking trails and more.

The location was great!
The floors were disgusting! My 9 month old granddaughter had black knees and the tops of her feet were DIRTY from crawling on the floors. The dishwasher barely worked, we hand washed what was in the dishwasher that was full just to use some plates and cups. The place and location amazing but dirty.
