"I did not stay there as there was a huge mix-up with the date of the reservation. Neither Expedia nor the hotel were willing to fix the issue and just reschedule my trip to next month when I was trying to set it for."

"The employee that checked me in walked away and left me without a word after checking me in for 40 minutes without giving me my room key. Several people came in and left because no one was at the desk. When i asked to speak with the owner later another employee said the person that checked me in is the owner. I had a long drive to this hotel and to be kept waiting for a key frustrated me. This hotel is not only in a precarious location but I found it ungracious as well."

"Room was clean. Everyone was wonderful! Friendly staff and very helpful. When our fridge wasn’t working they replaced it immediately and were really nice about it. I love having coffee available in the lobby and rooms. I enjoy staying here and will again. "

"Very disappointed. This use to be our favorite hotel to stay in, but not anymore. We were shocked to see that they now charge $10 for parking. The parking garage is so small that finding some place to park while trying to have enough room to exit your car is near impossible. I’m a member and wasn’t even offered water. They are under construction and the banging started at 8 in the morning. Sad to say that we will stay at La Quinta in the future "

Additionally, the extra charges were not disclosed at the time the reservation was made, which we consider a lack of transparency. Due to these circumstances, we felt compelled to cancel our stay and not proceed with the accommodation. This experience was both disappointing and inconvenient. We respectfully request that this matter be reviewed to ensure greater clarity and professionalism for future guests."
