"The space was comfortable for our family of 4 while we were in town. Walkable to downtown was nice. Hoped the breakfast would include homemade or local items but was a basic store bought selection, less than a continental hotel breakfast. Guests should be okay with street noise when staying in this unit. Nicely decorated!"

You can tell the host is in the process of trying to upgrade some things, but it doesn't impair any functionality. "We needed a place for the weekend for our daughters wedding. Since we were traveling with the cake, we needed a place with a refrigerator. The owner was very kind with his message, the front desk staffers were so polite, and the breakfast was a bonus, so we didn’t have to rush around to find something to eat before the wedding festivities started. We received 2 rooms with 1 queen each and 2 sofa beds. "This place was terrible. Should never have been listed. Ceilings dirty, previously wet and sagging. Carpet ripped and FILTHY. Horrible patchwork pink paint covering dirt and graffiti in the hallway. Host never responded with entry information. It was all bad. Vrbo did set me up in a hotel for 3 of my 5 nights then I had to find lodging for the rest of my stay Awaiting my refund for that."
