Guest Houses in Hsinchu County

"The area has very few breakfast options and parking can be an issue. However the room was comfortable, clean and had a decent bed and good bathroom facilities. The only two negative issues are that there is no bedside lamp (for getting up at night) and the TV remove control did not work. I would visit Neostay again because it has great value for money and is clean and comfortable. "

"It does have balcony and clothes washing facilities, very handy!"

"-Clean room -Friendly and kind staffs -Highly recommended hotel when arriving at late night or departing at early morning from/to Taoyuan airport."

"We were happy about everything; good customer service, clean room, good water pressure and hot water, good AC. Very charming place with own operated restaurant and cafe across the street and next door."

"Nice to stay "

"Great location for train access. Did find 2 roaches in the room, but the room was otherwise clean. Air was nice. Could get super cold. Check in is weird. It’s all done by machine. Effective once you understand how to use the machine!"

"The owner was very kind . He brought me into his office and chatted with a translator app and offered me tea and snacks. Very kind person "

"Service was very nice!!"

"The owner was very nice, the breakfasts were excellent, and the property was very pet friendly."

"I booked for two weeks they did not come in and clean the room or change out the towels."

"Hospitality of the family is quite impressive. Although they are not always good at speaking japanese, their daughter who works Taiwan Branch of a japanese company kindly helped translation by cellular phone with fluent japanese."

"Poor value. Very inconvenient if you are driving. No parking at or near the hotel. I had to park in an uncertain spot along the street 200 meters away and hoped I wasn't ticketed or towed. Staff didn't speak any English so couldn't offer advice. Check in time after 6pm was also inconvenient though they called and let me know I could get in by 5:15. Room on a noisy street. The shower took a long time to warm up to tepid water. No tea kettle in the room. Cleanliness was ok, Room was ok. I didn't...
