"It was a great get away with my family. Nevertheless I think there’s much more they can do for the guests. The restaurant options are very limited, no food after certain hours and lack of information of the activities. I was following where the rest of the guests were moving to find out what was the next activity. We went to spend new year’s eve and the party was very disorganized, we didn’t know that we have to bring our own drinks and food, nothing to eat or dip. 40 min before midnight I had to go and jump to the boxes of the ornaments for my family, as there was nobody giving them to the tables… In overall to get away from ok. But I believe there is a loy more the manager can do to inprove the quality "
