"What is advertised and charged at 5 Star rates is not a 5 Star experience
The beachfront villas would have been amazing when new but are showing sings of dilapidation
The biggest disappointment was the service especially the “butler “

"If you like a apartnent pool out in nowhere with no staff, prison food and lots og bugs/insects, which is priced much higher then much finer hotels in this area, then this should be your choice.
We are a family of 4. Prepaid for this "luxury villa" in advance for 5 nights. We had to pack our staff and find a new hotel after the first night.
One of the worst places Ive been to compared ro the price range.
Its a newly started hotel (jan 2026). It basically has no maintance or staff it seemed....

"My husband and 3 children stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March. Everything about this villa was amazing! The villa was huge, clean, and better than any 5 star hotel. The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. We had chefs come one evening and it was the best meal we had in Thailand - and there was so much food that it fed us for days! And probably the best part...
