The spa was the best part of the stay. Very organized and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. This hotel is far from 5 star if that’s the experience you’re looking for. But if you have kids and want a relaxed family vibe - this is the place for you.

Centara Riverside Hotel Chiang Mai
The pool was not as pictured, looked to be part of the deck under construction. Advertising Spa but no massage. Seems to be lack of employees. Okay for a quick night stay

Shangri-La Chiang Mai
The room was very nice and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the pool was amazing BUT the people….the people are above and beyond. Especially Pat at the concierge desk. Words cannot describe, just go!
