"A bit far away from the train station but very close to the night market
Very convenient check in procedure, but recommend checking in earlier that day as passport info needs to be verified.
I contacted the staff via Facebook and whatsapp who responded quickly.
View was also spectacular, facing entirely the ocean. "

"Other than it is a bit away from the city core, this place is absolutely amazing. Cons: about 15min walk to train station and main areas, no stores or restaurant nearby, and there is a dog breeder store right outside that constantly have dogs barking at you when you walk by. Pros: everything else, big clean room, big clean bathroom, frequent supply of fresh towels & water & toilet paper, friendly staff. If you can overlook the cons, this place is a gem."

"This is an excellent place to stay while exploring the east coast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and breakfast is simple but with nice fresh fruit, and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. "

"From the moment I pulled up on the motorcycle and the ‘doorman’ ushered me into their private parking I knew I would like this hotel. Staff at desk were great too. Staff even helped me find a nearby massage place to recover from long, long ride.
Breakfast was a nice mix of local and some western items, but I can eat western items at home. Room was comfortable and good size. I would stay again.
Note: Taiwan does not allow hotels to provide things beyond bath soaps, but wouldn’t expect more anyway."
"In general, it is good but the foreign guest who does not have the local telephone number would not be picked up from the train station. It is a ridiculous policy.
The breakfast is the option that everyone should have since it serves till 1:30pm which is actually a brunch. The food is nice too. The only thing that the hotel needs to improve is probably the coffee. It is well below the average."
"Great hotel for a medium to long term stay - staff were super friendly and helpful. Laundry on site was a blessing especially with the heat and humidity. Really liked the breakfast buffet - midnight snack was decent but I think offerings are better in the morning. They also had free beverages coffee tea etc throughout the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay - I loved my time in Hualien."
"The TC Hotel was in a great location convenient to many areas of Hualien. The staff were amazingly helpful with all needs, from restaurant recommendations to spa reservations to just answering any questions. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a good safe place to stay."
"Very well located hotel, near a lot of activities and areas you want to explore. Having laundry in the hotel is very convenient, as well as parking in site!"
