Laundry facilities is in an air conditioned room clean and well organized with baskets and iron if needed. They provilde free laundry detergent. Hotel is with short walking distance from Hualien's famous shopping triangle area. Will definitely stay there again uf visiting Hualien. "

"This hotel amenities were excellent, their breakfast floor was amazing, and excellent service all around. We also appreciated the lobby with daily water and snacks. They showcased a beautiful rose stone display in the lobby, adding to the nice ambiance. Rooms were spacious and clean. The only complaint was that the desk chair was a bit uncomfortable for me, but my husband liked it. Great hotel, walking distance to the department store; a bit further to the stone and night markets, but reasonable. Staff was great--stored our luggage and called taxis for us."

"Great location and room was really huge. The only downside are the friendliness of staff and the hotel do not even provide any iron for its guest and no common room for ironing facilities. Breakfast spread was acceptable. It is free and do not expect too much."
