Their support and professionalism were truly outstanding. I had a very positive experience staying at Pan Pacific Xiamen. The staff were attentive and responsive throughout my stay, and the housekeeping team was both polite and efficient. I was also pleasantly surprised when they decorated my room with birthday decorations and treated me to a slice of birthday cake.
