"This hotel is good considering the price you pay. I booked a business room. It was not as big as I have expected, but still comfy and clean, ( some stains on the carpet though). During my stay one of the two elevators was out of service, so I was not happy when I used the elevator because I had to wait for longer time, and some times there was no space for me to get in because it’s full of people. Breakfast was also ok. You can find something to eat. Overall the stay was OK and I might stay here...

"On arrival, the staff weren't very welcoming, and due to the language barrier we had to use a translator app before communication became easier. There were complimentary tea and drinks in the lobby, but this wasn't mentioned at check-in. After our long flight, I had to ask if they were free before helping myself. Once we were able to communicate, the staff, especially Uncle Manting, were helpful when needed.
