Amazing. People at reception were very professional and humble. Service available 24/7. I really recommend this hotel

Amazing, fantastic, over the top brilliant stay at this place for the wife and I. I don't even know where to start, from the warm, professional welcome at check-in, to the smiling, respectful security throughout. The caring, personable service by each member of the hotel, from house-keeping, to room-service. Kashaf, you're a star and a genuine diamond to this hotel. Very clean and safe property

overall pleasant expeience, however lobby was too busy all he time since hotel host lots of occasions and meetings, they should have separate lobby and entrance/exit for their guests who are paying a lot for their room, need some peace and quite in lobby to relax.
