"The key collection was a bit difficult as i’m short and couldn’t see the combo on the lock box and could barely reach. through the rails. Flat needed a spruce up. Rug and couch grubby. The are was v central, next to the Thurland arms. Host responsive"

"Terrible place: access instructions completely wrong so spent 20 mins trying to get in the door. Absolutely stank of stale smoke, bathroom not clean, no hairdryer. All windows large and on ground floor so not safe to leave open to get the horrible smell out, but don't think that would help as the smell was in the soft furniture, so not a recent thing. Messaged through Hotels.com to inform them of no hairdryer and the smell after the first night, but no action taken, just a promise to pass it on...
