Overall a good stay We did book a room for 2 Adults and 1 Child, the Hotel wanted to charge £15pn for a roll away bed, but I refused as I had booked for 3 people on Expedia, the receptionist then waived it. Other than that, the hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Would stay again but please be clear when booking if you will charge extras. Also breakfast was £12 per adult with child free, this was nice and the staff were lovely especially Joseph. The parking is £4 per day, which is reasonable.

Place is very clean and nice rooms. Could do with some AC as well stayed during the heatwave and all we had was a fan and 2 small opening windows. Could also do with more plug sockets, especially around the bed, but this is not a deal breaker. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options.

Public areas and services were good but there was a wedding reception the first night of our stay so the music was loud and intrusive whilst we were having a drink in the bar area. Customer service and food were good. We were not impressed with our Superior room. Both the room and the bathroom were small, particularly the bathroom. The position of the heated towel rail meant it was very difficult to reach. The wardrobe wooden sliding doors were heavy and very difficult to move.
