"I was surprised at first. Everything was nice and clean and the decorations were so beautiful. I adored the lobby. A 10 out of 10."

"Breakfast is very basic. Don't expect it to be enough to hold you down until lunch. Very basic cinder-block building. Tiny rooms. Hard flooring. No carpet. Accessible bathroom good though. Ample parking. Walmart, Food Lion not far. Close to (Falling Creek Park) or decently-close to where I was going (Ivy Hill Golf Course for pro disc golf Powerball Cup). Could also work for Champions Cup. Decent place to rest your head."

"I've stayed in alot of hotels and motels over the years working construction. This hotel was horrible, extremely dirty, just gross place. Definitely not worth the 100.00 dollars just because it's by a lake. Just avoid this place. Very dirty."

"Very friendly staff. Good location for my trip. Great price, room had hot shower, comfortable bed, working tv, wifi, mini frig and microwave, working heat. There was some cosmetic issues here and there and an old chair I didn't use. Nothing that interfered with my needs. There was some occasional train noise but not enough that it woke me up. Breakfast was enough for the price. Did have to ask for items to be refilled but that was taken care of quickly. Very carb heavy, some apples. Great spot...

"Staff was amazing. Carol was very kind and friendly. We arrived very late and she had our room all ready and welcomed us with cheerful smiles eventhough it was almost 11pm. Food was great and staff was very responsive when we needed something. Parking is great too. We will stay there again."

"So clean, smelled fresh. Just a night stay for student interviews. We enjoyed the night stay. It was comfortable, clean and amenities were perfect. Breakfast is light but filling. Definitely recommend staying here on your next visit to Liberty University."

"The scenery is beautiful at Peaks of Otter Lodge. Staff in the bar are very helpful and friendly."

"NICE PLACE"

"It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the best either. I stayed in the bottom floor near the back entrance. The smell was aweful walking through the hall. Like sewer smell coming from the bathrooms. My room was okay until someone upstairs took a shower. I could literally hear every time they were in the shower as the water hitting the floor echoed badly. My wall where bed was shared a wall to the electrical room? I saw the door for it but it’s on the outside. Anyhow, at times in the night there would be a...
