"Hotel and staff were great, clean room, Shower and bed fantastic. Convenient to get into Manhattan 5 minute ferry ride. Cons $40 a day parking and the restaurants downstairs have Manhattan prices. "

"Found that this hotel was very run down and dirty. In need of a lot of updating, maintenance, and care. Little to no amenities, and the breakfast is just coffee and muffins/granola bars. Hair in the showers, linens were dingy, hallway smells like dogs and cigarettes. Handicap accessible doors were out of order, doors were heavy and hard to open. Would not stay here again. "

"There was no parking on site you had to park in the garage on the side of the building and the AC worked, but there was no way to control it so the room was freezing at all times"
