"My room had an overwhelming smell of cat urine. It had old paneling from the 70's. There was a gap in the door and the frame. I could see right outside. I'm glad it's not winter. "Staff was friendly and helpful. Soon as we got in our room I noticed our toilet was running. Someone was sent up quickly to fix it!! Being able to walk over and back from the mall was AWESOME!! Only complaint is they need to have a hot tub and also a microwave in the room....but other than that we loved it!"
