The hotel is BEAUTIFUL, clean, elegant, stylish. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. The pool and grounds are extremely nice. The restaurant and bar have are elegant and have delicious food and wine. We didn't try the spa but it looks extremely nice as well. The hotel is right on the river, a short walk to the train station, a longer walk across the bridge to the imperial city. The bar and restaurant staff were perfect: courteous, helpful, kind, unobtrusive.

One of my favourite hotels on our trip so far. Staff were absolutely lovely, food was delicious and our room was well appointed. I love lots of the little touches like a Nespresso, plenty of bottled water, turn down biscuit and jars of nuts and snacks. The balcony overlooking the river was lovely at night. We also used the complimentary bikes to go for a ride to the Pagoda which was great fun. Would highly recommend and hope to be back again for longer on our next trip

This is a gorgeous Art Deco small to medium hotel centrally located in Hue on the River across from the Imperial City. It oozes sophistication. The staff and amenities are excellent. Just the perfect place to stay in this lovely city.

What made it really special is the history of the hotel, which you can see in the 1930s art deco decor. They mixed historic charm with modern amenities flawlessly. This stay was well above our expectations.

The room was quite spacious. The staff members were attentive and helpful. The housekeeping service was the best I have ever encountered. The room was consistently tidied, and the bed was turned down each night while we were out. Complimentary water, nuts, fruit, and tea and coffee were replenished daily. Additionally, free tea, coffee, fruit, and pastries were available in the lounge every day.

Best resort in Hue! A very serene and calming resort atmosphere. The staff were very observant and offered exceptional service. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pillow menu showed how much they paid attention to comfort. Every day we got an assortmemt of Hue desserts which was a nice touch. High quality breakfast buffet items. The pool and spa were also lovely. Would definitely recommend this resort hotel as this is the best stay in Hue city.

Lovely stay in Hue

Despite weather that didn’t allow us to enjoy the pool, we had a great stay. The hotel staff are very welcoming (and helpfully loaned umbrellas), the room was comfortable (great shower!), and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I would be happy to stay here again.
