Amazing staff (receptionists, massage therapists, kitchen staff, security guards). Buffet breakfast are ok. However, some broken things are noticed in rooms (toilet sink valve, bath tub). Spa needs more privacy for customers (no private rooms, see-through curtains between customers)

Le personnel était vraiment accueillant et avenant. L’endroit est bien situé. Le buffet était varié et bien. Le café manque un peu de goût. Le douche et la bain n’était pas très fonctionnel. Difficile de se laver aisément. De plus, l’eau chaude manquait parfois.

Good Hotel in Hue

Lovely friendly staff. Be aware that the hotel can book all the tours you need. They will also tell you where the best restaurants and bars are. Lovely breakfast they will cook you eggs and a very large variety of Asian food on offer

A very friendly stay. Very helpful staff. Rooms clean and well equipped. I am not a fan of over the tub shower my only quibble. The only other negative was very slow internet. Very good value and good position for exploring Hue

Great mid-level hotel in Hue, in a quieter part of town and across the street from a huge market where you can stock up on anything you may need. The room I received was very clean. The bun bo hue I had for breakfast was tasty. Great staff, great place!

Friendly Staff but too noisy hotel room

Stayed here for 2 nights and had very difficult in sleeping due to Loud noises in the mornings. The Staff and overall service is very good. Very friendly, polite and service minded. I stayed at room 309 and across My room was room 306. Room 306 is obviously the storage room for housekeeping and each morning around 06 AM. There was Loud trafik of housencleaning Staff talking, scattering intercom radio concersations ect. Around 07.00 - 07.30 Carpenters / housekeeping starting banging loudly with hammers, and painters using heavy terpentine smelling painting refurnishing rooms. The smell of paint reached My room and wasn't pleasent at all. Around 06.30 AM first morning. A small chinese kid loudly banged on My door (and 4-5 other Doors) thinking it was funny while it was sceaming. I had roomservice knocking on My door around 07.30 AM surpriced that I was still asleep. Left the hotel feeling like a groggy zombie. Location of hotel is central, breakfast is - meh... Standart. Would I stay there again?... Probably not due to the Loud noises early in the mornings.

Smaller room than described

The room I got was smaller than described. Not enough hot water to fill tub, so probably have to fill slowly so hot water heater can keep up. Wi-Fi is slow. Had old 13 inch picture tube TV 📺, not like the pictures.

The bedroom was great and the staff very friendly. Breakfast though was poor, for a hotel which caters for western tourists. No cereal no bread no toaster no butter no milk no jam no boiled eggs ........

Reserved a king bed, ended up with two smaller beds, requested high floor, was placed on 3 of 7 with street noise. Light in bath hanging loose from a wire protruding from an ugly hole in the wall, mold, unfinished caulking, water heater sufficient to fill 2 inch depth in bathtub. Bellhop helpful but extremely flirtacious and the door to a view less balcony did not lock. Eek, one can do better

BEST Part of our Stay in Vietnam!

WOW! I was blown away with this place! The rooms were very clean, nicely renovated, had good wifi and a pretty balcony to sit and enjoy watching the hustle and bustle below. The staff was super friendly and helpful, each and every one of them. From the bell hops to the servers to the front office staff and the housekeepers! But the real gem of this property is their Director, Ms. Lee. What an amazing woman! No matter what kind of work she was engaged with during our visit, as soon as she saw my family come into any of the hotel areas, she would make a point to come over and ask us if we needed anything, offer suggestions of things to do around the area, and just make sure that we were enjoying our stay at her property. We even awoke on XMAS day to a card that had been handmade and delivered to our room while we were out in the city. She seemed to always be at the hotel and greeting us with a cheerful smile. When we asked her how to get somewhere, she asked us to wait a moment, ran out the front door, and appeared moments later in her private vehicle beckoning us to get in. She claimed it was easier to take us then explain how to get there, but I think she just sincerely cares about her guests. When asked how she managed to do all these things for her guests, she responded with a smile, 'I do my work with my heart.' Boy does she! We hope you have continued success Ms. Lee and wish you and your staff a very prosperous New Year. We miss you and hope you will visit us in Guam!
