I really enjoyed my time here. It’s a small hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast was included, and they gave me a late checkout without any issues. The location is also great, very close to the Imperial Palace. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommend it!

Our room, whilst quite large, didn't have a window and the black furnishings weren't to our taste and also highlighted dust in, for example, slatted bathroom door. Breakfast was good. Such value for money ! Really clean and stylist room. Staff were so friendly and could not do more for you. Breakfast a little basic on the continental side, but still could get toast, boiled egg and coffee. Not bad at all for the price !

I had a wonderful stay at Elegant Hotel. I love all the staff working here, especially the kind and sweet young boss lady. Everyone is genuine and respectful. Rooms are clean. There were minor sound proofing issues with constructions, but it was during business hours only.

The hotel itself was great. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were really nice. They helped me arrange a private car for a trip I wanted to do. My only issue was the area was very loud. There was loud music playing outside until after 10:00. Which the hotel can't control what happens outside, so that's not their fault. It was just really loud.

Room was ok, they have tried to make it look good but doesn’t work for travellers. Had no where to put our bags except on the dining chairs in the small hall way. Bed was very uncomfortable and hard. We liked the spacious family room. It accommodated a family of four nicely! House keeping worked daily to keep the room clean and replaced all towels daily.
